Baked Tomatoes




Ingredients:

6 each tomatoes
3 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tsp sweet basil
1 package butter buds
1 d salt & pepper

Instructions:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG F. CUT OUT STEMS OF TOMATOES, LEAVING SMALL CAVITY.
PLACE TOMATOES IN MUFFIN TIN. FILL WITH CHEESE AND SPRINKLE WITH BASIL.
DISSOLVE BUTTER BUDS IN HOT WATER. POUR OVER EACH TOMATO AND SEASON WITH
SALT AND PEPPER. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES. 1 STUFFED TOMATO
