Cheese Steak Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 oz cheddar or edam cheese 2 tbsp butter, softened 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 dash cayenne pepper 4 slice atkins bread, lightly toasted 1 lb deli roast beef slices 1 = (not too thinly sliced)
Instructions:
Heat broiler. In a food processor, process cheese, butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne until smooth.
Spread cheese mixture on bread slices. Arrange beef slices over cheese, leaving a thin cheese border. Arrange on broiler pan; broil 2 minutes until cheese bubbles and browns.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
