Chicken Adobo Recipe

Chicken Adobo
Ingredients:
4 5 oz chicken breasts halves skinned, and boneless 2 large crushed cloves of garlic 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 bay leaves 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp fresh black pepper, ground
Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken pieces and place in large pot. Add all other remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken to cover. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken is very tender. Remove the bay leaves and serve with a small amount of marinade.
