Deep Dish Quiche Pizza
1 package cream cheese - (4 oz)
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chives
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 cup mixed italian cheeses of your choic
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup newman's sockarooni sauce,
1 lowcarbolicious pizza sauce or othe
1 very low-carb tomato-based no-sugar
1 === any of the following toppings =
1 black olives
1 chopped green peppers
1 chopped onion
1 ham or bacon bits, browned, seasoned,
1 and totally drained
1 ground beef or turkey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan
cheese, and spices and mix again.
Spray 9-inch or larger glass baking dish with oil or Pam. Sprinkle 2 cups
Italian cheeses into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375
degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce; sprinkle on 1 cup mozzarella cheese and pile high
with your chosen toppings. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and
browning. Allow to stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
This recipe yields 6 servings; 5 carb grams per serving without toppings.
