German-Style Pasta With Sweet-Sour Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup rotini or other spiral 1 pasta, uncooked (about 4 oz) 2 tsp vegetable oil 4 cup cabbage, shredded red (12oz) 1 tbsp sugar, packed brown 2 tbsp vinegar, white 1/2 tsp caraway seed 1/2 tsp salt 1 fresh ground pepper

Instructions:
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook cabbage in oil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and caraway seed. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta; heat until hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
