Green Goddess Dressing




Ingredients:

1/2 cup low-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped chives
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp herbal salt substitute
1 dash black pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups.

NOTES : Snappy and low in calories, this dressing is good on coleslaw.
