Green Peppercorn Dijon Tenderloin










Ingredients:

5 lb beef tenderloin, choice cut
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup green peppercorns
1 = (or 1/2 cup roland green pepperco
1 dijon mustard instead of previous t
1 ingredients)

Instructions:

Brush tenderloin with oil. Spread Dijon mustard over entire surface of
tenderloin. If using separate peppercorns and Dijon mustard, dredge
tenderloin in peppercorns.

Place tenderloin in roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 375 degree oven for
one hour. Let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
