Ingredients:
1 can red kidney beans 1 can chopped tomatoes or 1 equivalent amount of fresh 1 tomatos 1 each salt to taste (only if using 1 fresh tomatoes) 1/2 cup chopped parsley 8 shitake mushrooms, sliced 1 into thin strips
Instructions:
Load into microwaive container in layers following order of ingredients. Mix before cooking. Nuke for 3 minutes at high or until hot.
