Ingredients:
1 cup white flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup dried apricots 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped 1 tbsp cashews, chopped
MAPLE SYRUP ICING
1 cup icing sugar 2 tbsp shortening 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp apple juice
