Apricot Fruit Flip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (12oz ) can apricot nectar 1 med-size ripe banana 1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1 ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields: 4 cups (108 calories/serving) Lonita
