Banana Bheakfast Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional 1/4 tsp almond extract, optional cinnamon, optional
Instructions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
Per serving: About 120 cal, 7 g pro, 22 g car, 0 g fat, 0% cal from fat, 5 mg chol, 30 mg sod, 1 g fiber.
