Ingredients:

1 cup flour, all purpose
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 banana, large,ripe
2 large egg whites
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat oven 350F. Coat 9 in. square baking pan with vegetable cooking spra
Puree banana, sugar, egg whites, buttermilk and vanilla in food processor u
