Barbecued Chicken And Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp canola oil 1 package about 1 pound barbecue-seasoned bon - chicken breasts 16 oz baked beans 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cider vinegar 1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken breasts; sauté 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Add beans, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Partially cover and simmer 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: about 5 minutes. Cooking time: About 13 to 15 minutes.
