Ingredients:

1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 (about 1/4 t each)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

Combine ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
