Bell Pepper Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper - (about 1 medium) 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper (about 1 medium) 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 tbsp chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried basil 4 drop red pepper sauce 1/2 package Neufchatel, (8-ounce size) cheese
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve with Spicy Tortilla Chips or cracker if desired. ABOUT 2 CUPS SPREAD.
