Bittersweet Fudge Sauce-Lite Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp cornstarch 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk 1/3 cup water
Instructions:
Recipe by: Cooking Light, Guilt-Free Desserts Combine cocoa, brown sugar, coffee granules and cornstarch in a glass measure; stir well. Gradually add milk and water, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Microwave at HIGH for 3 1/2 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly, stirring with a wire whisk after 2 minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring frequently with a wire whisk. Serve warm or at room temperature over vanilla frozen yogurt. (per tablespoon: 28 calories, 0.2g fat, 6% calories from fat)
