Breakfast Bracer Recipe




Ingredients:

1/2 cup prune juice
1/2 cup buttermilk or yogurt
1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple -in its own juice -or 1 small apple, peeled -cored and cubed -or 1 smell orange; peeled -seeded and cubed
1 tbsp wheat germ
2 tsp honey
5 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions:

In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until
smooth. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.

Per serving: About 155 cal, 7 g pro, 35 g car, 1 g fat, 6% cal from fat, 2
mg chol, 68 mg sod, 1 g fiber.
