Chicken Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast,cooked * 8 green onions,sliced 1 in.pcs 1 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 cup mushrooms, quartered 2 cup bean sprouts 1 cup water 1 salt, pepper, and other 1 seasonings to taste
Instructions:
* Chicken is to be boned and skinned.
Place Bell pepper, mushrooms, and sprouts in teflon skillet with water. Simmer 5 minutes and add the chicken, seasonings and green onion. Cook until chicken is heated and vegetables are tender-crisp.
Good for a lunch, using leftovers too.
