Chicken Legs Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken legs with thigh 1 tsp vegetable oil 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 cup crushed pineapple, unsweetened with, juice 1/4 cup raisins or currants 1/3 cup prepared orange juice, unsweetened 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Remove skin from chicken. Pat dry with paper towel. Brush with cooking oil. Brown under broiler. Place in small roaster.
Stir remaining 7 ingredients together in bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
Nutrition: 1 serving: 251 calories, 104 mg cholesterol, 115 mg sodium 6 g fat.
