Cranberry Apple Relish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar 1/4 tsp gd cinnamon 1/4 tsp gd cloves 1/4 tsp allspice 1 lb (4c) cranberries 2 medium (2.5c) tart apples, cored & 1 chopped
Instructions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and allspite in a 3 qt. microwave pan. Add cranberries & apples. Microwave on high (covered) for 10 minutes - stirring twice till cranberries pop
Uncover - Microwave 2-3 minutes till slightly thickened
