Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup scallions, chopped 1/2 cup carrots, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, diced 1/2 cup onions, diced 1 cl garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger 1/2 tbsp curry 2 cup cooked rice
Instructions:
In hot oil, saute everything but rice. When veggies are tender mix with cooked rice. Source: Lightly Ethnic
