Curry Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes 1/4 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions:
Place a small amount of water in a saucepan. Add the scallions, garlic & ginger. Cook & stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot.
