Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:

Instructions:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp soft silken tofu 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar 1 Tbsp grated onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 drops hot red pepper sauce Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and shake or whisk until blended. (The dressing may be refrigerated for several days. Shake before using.)
12 calories per Tbsp, 1 g protein, 1 g fat, 1 g carbohydrate, 114 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
