Dilldip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp onion,finely chopped 3/4 tsp beau monde seasoning 4 tbsp low-fat buttermilk 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise 1 tbsp parsley,finely chopped 1 1/2 tsp dilweed
Instructions:
Mix cottage cheese, buttermilk, and lemon juice in blender until very smooth. Remove from blender and add rest of ingredients. Chill until very cold. To serve in hollowed out cabbage, flatten bottom of the cabbage head by slicing off a piece so it will sit straight. Surround with fresh vegetables on a large platter.
