Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fat free yogourt (fresh or
1 frozen)

OPTIONAL

1 flavorings (vanilla,
1 chocolate syrup)
1 protein powder or
1 nutritional yeast for extra
1 pep

Instructions:

Blend ten seconds in a blender and carry around the house while you get
dressed! Delicious and easy.
