Fatfree Italian Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp chopped onion 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp frozen apple juice 1 concentrate 1 clove garlic, cut in half 1 tsp honey 1/2 tsp crushed dried basil 1/2 tsp crushed dried oregano 1 pinch white pepper 2 canned artichoke hearts 1 (packed in water), 1 rinsed and drained 1 (about 1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Chill at least 15 minutes before serving.
Yields: 1 cup
