Fried Chinese Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
1 lb chinese noodles, cook 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup onion, diced 1/2 cup scallions, sliced 1 ginger root, chopped 4 tsp garlic, minced 1/2 cup snow peas 1/2 cup carrots, slice 1 tsp lime zest 1/2 cup bean sprouts 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp molasses 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Saute onions, scallions, ginger, garlic, snow peas and carrots in oil until onions are clear. Add lime zest, bean sprouts. Stir in and add soy sauce, molasses and pepper flakes. Serve over Chinese noodles and garnish with cilantro. Source: Lightly Ethnic
