Fruit Sparkles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small pk sugar free jello * 1 cup boiling water 1 cup sugar free carbonated bev 1 sparkling water or club soda any fl, avor cold * 1 cup fresh fruit, sliced * 1 mint leaves, optional
Instructions:
*Choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage. (Example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas OR orange gelatin, club soda and mandarine orange sections. You get the idea. <g>) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add beverage. Chill until slightly thickened. Add fruit. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if desired. Calories: 25 Fat: 0 Sodium: 50 mg Cholesterol: 0 Source: No Guilt Desserts
