Garlic-Herb Pretzels Recipe
Ingredients:
2 package yeast 4 5 c. flour 1 1/2 cup warm water 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp basil 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour. Crush garlic and add with herbs. Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if desired. Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 minutes or until browned.
