Garlic-Yogurt Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt 2 tbsp 1% milk 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp honey 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
Combine 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons 1% milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
MAKES 3/4 CUP.
15 calories per tablespoon; 0.4 gram fat.
