Ginger Chicken In Broth Recipe
Ingredients:
5 cup defatted chicken broth 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup chopped scallions 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 3 tsp chopped, peeled gingerroot 1 cup broken lingiuine pasta, cooked 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp hot-pepper sauce

Instructions:
Bring the broth to a boil in a 4-quart pot. Add the chicken, scallions, soy sauce, and ginger. Reduce heat to medium-low and poach chicken in barely simmering broth until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove chicken from broth and shread. Strain broth and return to pot.
Add the pasta, shredded chicken, oil and hot-pepper sauce to warm broth and stir to heat through.
