Golden Gate Open Face Sandwich Recipe










Ingredients:

4 oz imitation crab or crab
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
8 oz ff mozarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ff mayonnaise
6 sourdough bread slices, toasted
1 cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions:

Combine seafood, pepper, onion, lemon juice and half of cheese with 1/4 c.
mayonnaise; mix lightly. For each sandwich, spread slice of bread with 2
tsp. mayonnaise; top with 2 tb sprouts, 1/3 c seafood mixture and 1/2 oz of
reamining cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes.
