Green Bean - Jicama Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
DRESSING
1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp honey or equiv. sweetener 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp toasted sesa, me 1 *il
OTHER STUFF
1 lb fresh green beans, blanched 1 and shocked in cold water 1 medium size jicama, peeled and 1 julienned 1 red onion, sliced very thin
Instructions:
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss in other stuff. Chill at least 1 hour before serving, tossing again after 1/2 hour (to help marinating process).
