Green Chicken Gyros Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream, low-fat 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain 2 tsp bouillon, chicken, instant =or=- 2 cubes 1 tsp dried oregano leaves 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1 cup chicken, cooked, cubed 1 cup cucumber, seeded & chopped 1/4 cup radishes, sliced 1/4 cup cheese, feta, crumbled 3 pita breads, cut in half 1 lettuce leaves
PER SERVING
190 *cals 13 *gm protein 22 *gm carbo 5 *gm fat 24 *% cals from fat 34 *mg chol 599 *mg sodium
Instructions:
In medium-sized bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt, bouillon, oregano and pepper; mix well. Add chicken, cucumber, radishes, and cheese. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. To serve, split pita bread halves and line with lettuce; spoon chicken mixture into pita pockets. Makes 6 servings.
