Ingredients:

1 lb turkey sausages 1 tsp ginger 2 mangos, chopped 1 tsp garlic, minced 1/2 small bermuda onion, minced 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 tbsp molasses 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 lime, juice only 1 salt and pepper 1 carrot, julienned 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1 tbsp preserves, your choice
Instructions:
Grill sausages; cut in rings. Put mangoes in bowl and add remaining ingredients to make chutney. Serve sausages with chutney. Source: Lightly Ethnic.
