Herb Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp chopped chives 1 tsp dillweed 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 dash black pepper
Instructions:
With electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt, parsley, chives, Dillweed, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, mixing until blended. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables.
Makes 8 servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Chilling time: 2 hours.
Per serving: About 35 cal, 4 g pro, 4 g car, 0 g fat, 0% cal from fat; 4 mg chol, 156 mg sod, 0 g fiber.
