Herbed Tofu Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 each 22 oz firm tofu(11 oz) 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp dill weed 2 each cloves garlic,minced 3/4 tsp celery seed 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1 tsp prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp lite salt or less or none
Instructions:
Pat tofu dry. Whirl in a blender until very smooth; start and stop motor often enough to push tofu into blades. Turn into a bowl and mix with seasonings. Serve with fresh vegetables. 1/4 Cup serving: calories 47,protein 4.4 gm,carb. 3.0 gm,total fat 2.4 gm,CSI Units 0.3,dietary fiber 0.3 gm,sodium 93 mg,potassium 154 mg,calcium 83 mg,iron 1.4 mg
