1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, about 60, peeled, 1 ; raw, deveined 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup lime juice 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp lime peel, grated 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 2 cl garlic, finely chopped 1 nonstick cooking spray 2 tsp sesame oil
