Indian Lentil Sandwich Spread, Mcdougall Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cook lentils 4 cloves of garlic, pressed 2 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
Combine all ingrediants in a small saucepan. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, fir 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Chill for one hour.
