Leftover Pasta Frittata (Ovo) Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs whites 1 each leftover pasta 1 each seasonings to taste
Instructions:
Mix up 3 or so eggs whites, beat lightly pour over pasta , dump in a hot frying pan {pammed lightly} and fry up like an omlette. Flip each side when nicely brown. You can season the eggs beforehand with various spices.
