Lemon Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb skinless turkey cutlets 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil 1 lemon sauce 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup water 1/2 tsp parsley flakes 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 paprika, sprinkle 1 tsp liquid sweetener
Instructions:
Brush turkey with cooking oil. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked (may substitute chicken).
Lemon Sauce: Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan. Mix well. Heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Makes 1 cup.
Sprinkle cutlets with paprika. Add sweetener to sauce. Spoon over cutlets.
