Lentil Roast (Ovo Lacto) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup lentils 2/3 cup nuts, grind 2 cup egg whites 1 1/2 cup milk, ff 2/3 cup applesauce 2 cup corn flakes 1/3 tsp sage 1 salt 1 pepper 2/3 cup onions, chop
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 deg. After 45 minutes coat top with undiluted tomato soup and continue baking for 15 minutes more. :
