Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup water 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 cup unbleached white flour 1 1/2 tbsp non-fat dry milk (optional) 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp active dry yeast
Instructions:
This is my 'basic' recipe. It never goes wrong, raises well, and my SO who is not very excited about 100% WW loves it.
Use Whole Wheat mode. Timer ok.
