1 cup nonfat milk 1 ripe banana 1 package swiss miss diet coca mix
Instructions:
Take one cup nonfat milk, add a ripe (or overripe) banana (or one-half banana) and one packet of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Mix. Blend in blender. Drink slowly.
