Low-Fat Herbed Stuffing Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
30 slice firm-textured bread, cut in 1/2 cubes 2 tbsp olive oil (approximate), from spray bottle 3 tbsp instant minced onion 3 tbsp parsley flakes 2 tsp garlic salt 3/4 tsp sage, ground 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. Put bread cubes in two 13" x 9" pans. Toast bread cubes in oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Spray on oil while tossing for more even coverage. Add seasonings and toss to coat cubes. Put in a large airtight container. Label and store in a cool, dry place. Use withing 3 to 4 months.
