Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled -pits removed 2 tbsp green onion, chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 serrano pepper -or jalapeno pepper, seeded -finely chopped
Instructions:
Coarsely chop mangoes to make 1 1/2 cups. In medium bowl, combine mangoes with green onion, lime juice, cilantro and hot pepper; mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Per serving (1/4 cup): About 36 cal, 1 g pro, 3 g car, 0 g fat, 0% cal from fat, 0 mg chol, 2 mg sod, 1 g fiber.
