Medium Bulgur Or Cracked Wheat (Vegan) Recipe




Ingredients:

2 cup water
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup medium bulgur or cracked
1 wheat (don't rinse)

Instructions:

In 2qt pan, boil water and salt, stir in wheat and
return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for
20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand for 5
minutes. Fluff with a fork.
