Meringue Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
3 large egg whites, at room temperature 1/4 tsp cream of tartar 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup sugar, superfine 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Recipe by: My files Spray 9" pie plate with vegetable oil spray. Combine whites, cream of tart and salt in large bowl. Beat to soft peaks. Gradually beat in sugar. Add vanilla. Beat till stiff and shiny. Spread in pie pl Using the back of a spoon form a decorative rim. Ba ke 1 hour, 15 min. at 275F till firm and crisp. Cool on a rack.
