2 cl garlic, peeled and minced 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 cup belgian endive 6 cup romaine lettuce, torn 1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated 1 1/3 cup tomato, chopped
