Mustard Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup prepared mustard, spicy or 1 dijon 1 tsp dried dill weed 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.
2. Serve on vegetables or fish.
3. Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
